We were in charge of organizing a study tour in Kyoto for the executive candidates of one of the most notable financial institutions in Taiwan. While the main program consisted of a visit to a global company in Kyoto, before and after the tour, we provided cultural experiences in a special space and dining opportunities to learn about Kyoto's culture. For the special lunch at the Daihojo of Myoshinji Temple, an important cultural property, we collaborated with an exclusive catering company to set up in a short period of time. Because the guests were from overseas, we had to accommodate detailed allergies and make changes to the ingredients. After repeated meetings with the restaurants and hotels to be visited, the tour was a success.
